This is probably a dumb question. If an online store says I have 30 days to return my merchandise in order to receive a refund, is that 30 days calculated based on the day they get it back or the day it gets scanned by the mail carrier for return?

@bapbap: you’d have to ask the store – that probably depends.

@bapbap: A lot of places will require you to notify them if you’re going to return something, so you will know whether you’re in the return window if that’s the case.
