Just thought I’d ask for some experiences with David’d Bridal and how their return policies work, etc. etc. My FMIL purchased my veil and my wedding gown at David’s and I am keeping the gown but have decided to wear a different veil. I plan on calling to find out what I can do about the veil that I’m not wearing, but I thought I would see what other people’s experiences were with returning and all of that. I got the veil in store, and it was $150 and I would like to either return it for cash back or at LEAST in store credit. I know I could always sell it on ebay if I had to, but I don’t really want to go through the hassle.
Anyway, I guess it’s just a little curiosity until I actually call and find out. The veil is brand new, never worn, tags still attached, I have the receipt, everything. I’m just hoping we can get some kind of refund or in store credit because there is something esle that I need to get at the store to wear anyway. But let me know your experiences! it would be appreciated! =)

From my experience, almost all bridal boutiques are sales final – or a credit.
I bought a BM dress from Davids Bridal and asked just in case we went with a different style. They told me if we didn’t like it we can trade it for another, but no refunds. That’s here in Georgia.

@agirlwithdreams7: My MOH got married in March and had dress regret. When she contacted DB here in California they said no refends but she could have store credit. I would say look at the veils they have and see if there is something you would prefer instead and then decide whether to return the one you have or sell it online.

@Treejewel19: I already have another veil, I posted about all of this earlier. lol But as long as I could get store credit and use that towards something else, like a jacket or something to go over my dress since the wedding is in December, that would be great. I plan on contacting them to find out, but I thought I’d get opinions and what not. I still need a little over coat so I’m hoping I can get store credit at least.
