I’ve heard TERRIBLE things about their customer service.  I think you need to be very persistent.

I had to be VERY persistent and MEAN on the phone.  I found it was the only way to get my way…to scare the customer service person. I think my blood pressure was already really high because I waited 45 minutes for them to answer.

@BlondeBeachBride2011: I haven’t had to return anything to them, but I did have a bad customer experience. I had ordered my favors and some bridesmaid gifts and I waited for three months for them to be shipped. I kept emailing and they said it would be sent out. I finally called again after 3 months which is when they told me that one of my items has been discontinued which is why they didn’t send anything else out. YOU COULDN’T HAVE TOLD ME THAT THREE MONTHS AGO??? So needless to say I told them to forget the entire order. I won’t ever use them again.

yeah, i’ve had sooo much trouble with their customer service and lack of responsiveness. they never send out shipping notices in a timely manner (i.e. i get the notice about a week after the stuff has already shipped), and i literally had to harass the person i was in email contact with to get answers about random charges they posted to my account and to get the removed. so ridiculous. i would agree that you can probably find the same things or similar things elsewhere and even if you have to spend a little more, it will be worth not having the headache!

Hm…perhaps I’ll mention this to the regional Knot representative the next time they host a wedding show.
