Vote and tell me why!
ETA: Guess I should explain why I posted this! I’ve got my eye on a right-hand ring from Etsy, and the size I order it in depends on which finger I want to wear it on (which I can’t decide).
Feel free to post pics 🙂

I’m not really sure why I’ve always picked my ring finger to always wear rings. I have liked to wear a ring on the middle finger, before; but, it normally gets in the way of the diamond band that I wear on my ring finger (mom’s old engagement ring).

I picked middle finger – I don’t have many rings that I’ve had sized for me (4.5 for ring fingers) and so rings seem to fit my middle finger on my right hand better because it’s bigger than my ring fingers

Ring finger – not just because of the name, but with ring fingers that are sized well above an 8, wearing a ring on any other finger would be tough unless I resorted to men’s jewelry. Well, unless I decided to go for a pinky ring, but that’d look unbalanced IMO.

I alternate all fingers on the right hand, except for the pinky. I love wearing enormous turquosie and agates and quartz on the first finger, more delicate metal work on the middle, this moonstone ring or a silver ring I made with a rough sapphire on the ring finger, and I wear thick, Tibetan-style rings on the thumb (though not all at once!).

Middle or index finger usually, for fancy stuff the ring finger. I think it’s because when I was younger I’d wear my silver jewelry and “fun” stuff on those fingers and when I got married I wore a “nice” gold ring on my ring finger.

@Regina Phalange: I’ve always loved index finger RHR’s. It’s just so comfortable to wear them there for me. Middle finger and ring finger are okay too but I like the index much more.

Wherever they fit! Which is usually index or middle, because my hands are tiny (ring finger size 4) and it’s hard to come across small-enough rings.
