I found these flowers on the Martha Stewart website and LOVE them, they are so cute. Has anyone ever actually made these or something like them? I am wondering how hard they are/ how long they take. I also wonder what yall think about also just using these for the BM/GM and my bouquet while using real flowers for centerpieces and such, I don’t think I would be able to make enough for everything! Would it look odd to have the mix? If the colors were similar would it be okay? Thanks ladies!

Sorry, I’m not crafty enough to have made them, but I think they would look great with daisy centerpieces or another fun flower. I’m not sure that they would look super great with roses or peonies, but if you kept the fun vibe up, they’ll mix well!

I make ribbon flowers! The ones in the picture above aren’t that hard to make, you can probably google a tutorial on how to make them…. I usually make the rose ribbon flowers or the velvet ones<
in the Thanksgiving Martha Stewart mag there is an awesome step by step on how to make the ones! I used ribbon flower bouquets for all my bm’s and my bouquet so I think they work fine in a wedding! (I only did satin ribbon roses though)
