i wore it w/ updo
ribbons are generally slippery, so it's hard to keep it with down do. so updo (audrey hepburn look) works perfect
i'd love to sell you my ribbon with rhinestone applique if you are interested in it.
good call on the ribbon being slippery... i didn't really think about that! maybe a regular headband would work better!

i'm wearing a ribbon headband...thing i will be wearing my hair half up half down!! should stay okay...lots of bobby pins haha!
okay, well i found the perfect headband and it's a ribbon headband... so i will find a way to make sure it stays! :)

I bought this wedding hair ribbon in this picture (this isn't me). I am sure that you can hairspray the ribbon so it isn't as slippery.

so i have recently fallen in love with the idea of wearing a ribbon headband with crystals and maybe some pearls for my wedding and reception. i have seen some amazingly beautiful ones, but it seems like the pictures mostly show brides wearing them with their hair up! i am planning on wearing my hair curly/wavy and down or mostly down. does anyone have any pictures of brides with similar hairstyles wearing a ribbon headband?!
also, i already bought my veil. it is a simple one tier finger tip length with a tiny bit of beading on the edge. i am planning on only wearing the veil for the ceremony, but would it look too busy with the veil and a headband? again, does anyone have any pictures of this?!
