    It’s hard for me to say which is cheapest because I only made one kind- I don’t know how much others cost. I’ve made silk flower pomanders and They were VERY easy.  They were pretty cheap also- but you have to look for deals and I also used coupons.

    Easiest/cheapest I would assume would be the tissue paper. As for best looking it totally depends on the look your going for! Just a warning though…ribbon is more expensive then you would think. I’m making flowers out of ribbons in order to then make into pomanders and I have to search for decent deals.
