You will definitely want to check out Shockoe Bottom and the Canal Walk, or even Carytown!! Also, saturday afternoon would be a good time to explore the historic areas of the city-like Hollywood Cemetary, Monument Avenue, Agecroft Hall, Virginia House, Valentine Museum..places like that. :)
Thanks for the suggestions mrsbrown! I'm headed there tomorrow and can't wait -- the weather looks fabulous this weekend for a wedding and some touring!

My fiance and I are heading to Virginia at the end of May for a wedding in Richmond -- The wedding is Sunday afternoon, but we arrive Friday night, so we have ALL day and night Saturday -- What are the "must sees" of Richmond? We will be with a group of friends so we're up for exploring like crazy!
