A consequence of my wedding stalking has been critiquing my classmates and old friends' weddings. A couple of weekends ago, a sorority sister of mine got married in my hometown. I just saw her pro-pics and they look terrible! Ok, not terrible, but just bleh. Her wedding looked like it was bleh and boring and they chose all the things that my FI and I chose NOT to do. For lack of a better description, her wedding was so...smalltown Texas. I feel like such a bad bride for critiquing anyone's special day...and I'll never say ANYTHING to anyone. Just needed to get that off my chest.

I LOVE looking at people's Facebook wedding photos. And I do believe that everything I chose to do was better. Because it was. Duh.

that's really interesting that you feel that way. i wonder how many other brides become more critical too. did you actually go to the wedding or are you just looking at the pictures. it sounds like you are just going by the pictures because you said it "looked like it was bleh and boring."

food for thought: maybe she is also not too happy with her pro pics, or maybe that is all she could afford, or maybe it doesn't matter so much to her and she's just happy to be married.
