@hoosiergirl87:  Totally fine! Don’t worry about it. Just have your best man hold onto the rings. 🙂

You don’t need one! Someone else can carry the rings, or you guys could even carry them yourselves.

I didn’t have one and I don’t think it’s required at all.  Our best man held on to the rings for us until it was time.

@blueEyes90:  +1. In fact in Australia (I think following UK tradition), most weddings don’t have a ring bearer. The Best Man has the rings (usually not the MOH because she doesn’t have pockets).

Also there’s nothing wrong with having a flower girl and not a ring bearer; especially when the FG is your own daughter.

@hoosiergirl87:  There are many weddings with a flower girl and no ring bearer.

I didn’t have either one. Didn’t seem necessary. 🙂 seems like that tradition really isn’t as popular these days. I can’t remember the last wedding I attended that had them.

@hoosiergirl87:  you do not have to have a RB! Every wedding is unique bc people do what they want. And if you want; you can have two FG!! Or just have your daughter

We didn’t have kids in the ceremony. The best man just held the rings.

No need to have one. We didn’t either. The best man held the rings.

Not a necessity. We’re not having a Ring Bearer, just a Flower Girl.

@hoosiergirl87:  Your wedding, your choice.

I totally understand that you’d rather not have a ring bearer than some possibly misbehaving nephew. I don’t think any young boy will have his feelings hurt over this… Don’t worry 🙂 You can totally skip the ring bearer.

We aren’t have one, I’m seriously considering adding something like this to my bouquet to hold our rings.
