Jacqui90:  My FI has three rings from me. The first ring I bought him with the intention of being an engagement ring, was a tungsten carbide ring. I guessed on his size and it was too big, so he wore it on his right middle finger.

Later, I bought him a plain black tungsten ring (tungsten is great for him because he works with his hands) in his proper size for him to wear on his left ring finger as his engagement ring.

His tungsten carbide ring got ruined by cleaning chemicals which caused the design to fade and the carbide of the ring to tarnish. When he decided on getting me my beloved canary moissanite ring, I bought him a tungsten ring with gold inlay engraved with the celtic dragon to kind of mimic my canary moissanite. This has replaced the tarnished tungsten carbide one.

I don’t have pictures of them on his hand, but here are the ones I bought him:

8MM Men's Tungsten Carbide Ring with Celtic Design size 12

He plans on getting something completely different for his wedding band, and will wear his current rings on his right hand interchangeably!

Jacqui90: Tungsten Koa wood rings are nice too on men! I sell them at work and a lot of men love them for every day wear.  & a lot of ladies buy it for their man. ❤️

DH’s engagement ring is titanium and is a LOTR ring with elvish writing. He wears it on his right ring finger now and has a white and yellow gold wedding ring. His engagement ring looks newer than his wedding ring now though! Think he will need a wedding ring upgrade soon. Hes really rough on his hands.

You bought yourself a LOTR ring?  What happened to your plan of only buying things that were necessities since you are so in debt?

At any rate, since your e-ring came from Tiffany & Co., I think his should, too!  If you’re worth Tiffany for engagement, so is  he!!
