Are you having a ring pillow or flower? You could secure them with ribbon ties and pass the whole thing around. You could also pass a longer piece of ribbon with the rings tied on.
If you use a glass jar, they could clink. That could be a nice sound effect, but that would probably annoy me.
What about something like this...
Inexpensive, cute and sturdy enough to be passed around...

We're planning on doing a ring warming - where the rings are passed around for everyone to "infuse them with good wishes for our marriage". I need something secure to hold the rings in. Suggestions? I was thinking a small bag or small glass jar? I'm lost.
