Sorry for your dilemma.  I wouldn’t want to give up my ering that long, especially after just getting engaged.  report the jeweler to the Better Business Beareau or call their corporate.  If their all about their customer service, they’ll fix it the right way!

Does the jeweler have a review website or anything like that? I would definitely put your review on their website and let the company know about all of your problems. Also, is there a district manager you can call? Most large chains or larger stores have district managers.  Good luck!!

Make sure you write a review on yelp.com and report them to the better business bureau!!

They pissed you off, so do your part as a consumer and warn others!

I’m so sorry that all happened to you! 🙁

I hope the manager can help you guys out! That’s such a long time to be without a gorgeous and special ring, especially when you’re newly engaged!

I can’t believe any jeweler would return a ring without tightened prongs, but I remember always being in a tough situation as a frontline customer service person giving out bad news that had nothing to do with me. I wouldn’t think they’d have those kind of jobs at a jewelery store — wouldn’t everyone be qualified to insepct a ring and handle a problem?
