I had to return my rose gold ruby and diamond eternity band because of a bent prong and received it back today after the repair.
I am so upset. they ruined the ring. Rather than fix the broken prong they completely ignored it and instead pushed forward all the other prongs on the opposite side, which were fine to begin with, and now i have an ugly gap all along the outer edge.
Seriously, what were they thinking! I sent images of the repair site so they knew exactly where to look and a detiled email too.
Off to write a lovely long email demanding a replacement, exchange or full refund.
So not happy and just had to vent.
