My e-ring is 4.5 and my wedding band is a 4. My e-ring is slightly loose even with adding size adjusters (those balls they weld into the inside of the band, to keep it from turning). My wedding band fits snug but I have not worn it for more than an hour (wanted to get a feel for the size prior to the wedding).

My e-ring is a 6.5 and my wedding bands are 7. 6.5 is my true size, but my bands in-store were size 7 and I wanted to take them home that day without bothering with sizing. I have other size 7 rings and, although sometimes they feel like they’re going to come off, my bands will be inside my e-ring when I wear them, so I’m not too worried about it.

my ering is 5.25 and my band is 5.5.

my ering is very top heavy so we sized it down a bit so that it doesn’t move.

My ering is bigger but has sizing balls. I have a size 5 ering with 3/4-1 size sizing balls inside (mine are big). My wedding bands are 4.25. The ering is too bulky for me to get off when my fingers swell and having it done larger than it needed to be was causing major spin issues. Both of my wedding bands have about a 1/4-1/2 gap in them for the swelling issue. My suspicion is the sizing balls are a full size because we were told this company usually adds a half size when placing them, we had them add a quarter. Zales measured me into a 4.25 with a gap, which supports that since the e-ring has no gap now its about a size 4.
