@SleepyBee99:  it happens to me all the time… I would not worry about it. My finger in the summer looks ” overweight” and in the winter I have to be careful not to lose it. I never take of my ring. Not to sleep not to ever… And a little tight or not I cant even feel it anymore.

also dont take it off… Does it hurt? Take a pic so I can see. If it feels tight just out your palm up A little your finger will rest. Give it a couple of days and you wont event feel the ring. However if it hurts you do have a problem.

Mine does this too. Not sure where you are located but my fingers seem to change with humidity as well as temperature. It also changes with my level of activity. When I’m really active my fingers seem to swell so I take it off before exercising.

Mine changes during summer/winer and warm/cold but also time of day- its tighter in the evening than when I first put in on. It’s all normal.

My ring size changes all the time – about half a size or more depending on temperature, season, girly bloating, plus my fingers are more swollen in the morning.  One thing to be aware of is jewelers are notorious for sizing rings tightly, so it’s not totally surprising that your ring feels quite tight in summer.

It’s totally normal. Make sure to counter that salty food with lots of water and your finger will go back to normal. If it hurts to get it off, soak your hand in cold water for a minute and it will come off more easily.

My ring always goes on and off fine but it’s definitely harder in the morning. I seem to have chubby fingers when I first wake up. By the afternoon it’s really loose in comparison. As long as it feels comfortable don’t worry.

My fingers change size constantly! I can’t wear my ring to bed or my finger swells and feels like it’ll fall off in the morning! In summer it usually fits perfect, but when I’m bloated its tight, when I’ve been drinking tons of water it’s lose. In winter it’s crazy lose. I’m hoping it will fit better when I have a wedding band beside it. Don’t worry, your normal! As long as it doesn’t hurt, you’re good. Probably all the chinese food has you retaining water a bit 🙂

@SleepyBee99:  another way to get the ring off (jewelers do this) is to spray windex on your finger. the ring will come right off! my finger size fluctuates with heat too. it’s been really hot here the last few days and my ring is tighter because of it. i’m sure the salty chinese food you’ve been eating is playing a part in your ring being tight also.
