A few weeks ago I posted about creating my own ring. I had seen these two rings online and really liked them both, but wished they could somehow become one (with minor changes). So I went on CustomMade and hired an amazing artist named Carolyn Nicole and she made me my dream ring. I am really happy with how it turned out. Here is the process in case others were thinking about trying out Custommade.com
Sorry if it is insanely pic heavy! I just wanted to show where I started out with these two pictures as a model that I sent the designer and then she made me those 3D models (which she allowed me to alter a little) and then volia my perfect ring! I wasn’t the easiest customer because I was so nervous the whole time it woudn’t come out right, plus the anxiety of never trying on the ring was odd to me ( I am not extremely traditional so I always knew I would pick out my ring) but Carolyn was great! I am sort of a perfectionist and when I couldn’t find a ring I liked in store I grew disapointed and I knew I needed to make it. The scroll design along the side, with the miligrain and the touch of blue is just perfect for me. I am going to try and get some finger shots soon since I just recieved it today, so I thought the shots the designer took would do for now. The wedding bands in the photo aren’t mine, it was just for the shot to see what kind of bands I could put with it, I am still undecided on the bands, that time will come too! I recommend the site to anyone who has a vision that they can’t seem to find, it was super afforable with amazing results and she worked within my budget.
