I had really great luck at Sears! They have a lot of formal wear for kids right now. I found the sizes were in short supply, but you can order online as well. This is ours:
My SIL had the same problem finding one for our 5 month old (at the time) nephew and the only place she could find a tux for him was on Ebay
I don't have any suggestions but I feel your pain. My problem is different; my son is to be in the wedding and he is 12, almost 13, and in this awful size inbetween kids clothes and men's clothes but with super long legs!. Impossible to find anything that will work for him.

@MrsSl82be: I have been haunting ebay for months. I haven't been able to find anything I like. :(
@MsInterpret: Could you buy him a young man's suit jacket and a pair of men's pants? Alternatively, if you can afford a brand new man's suit for him, places like Men's Wearhouse sell the pants unhemmed. The hemming to fit is about $12, but worth it to find your son pants which fit! Good luck!

I have been searching high and low for a nice 5T gray suit for my nephew, our ringbearer to no avail. I am finding tons of mini tuxes and black suits (so cute!), but none in gray. The few I have found tend not to have suit coats (why?!). I'd LOVE LOVE to find a charcoal gray, 5T boys suit with coat, vest, shirt, pants, and a yellow or Navy tie. Where would I find a suit like this? Anyone else having problems finding clothes for their ringbearer?
