I’m starting a new workout schedule. I started easy with some less intensive DVDs but now I’m ready to return to Jillian Michaels. I did parts 1 and 2 of her 30 day shred before and I liked it a lot. Now I also have the option of doing Ripped in 30. What are the differences between the two? I’m in pretty good shape and young enough that I can adjust to a tougher workout video if it’s going to give me quicker results. I’m graduating in a month and want to look good in pics, especially my arms and tummy in cute summer dresses. What do you recommend?
