I haven’t done that one, but I did the 30 day shred by her & lost roughly 10 pounds in a month. I did it every day until the 30 days was up.

Several of us here have tried it.  I had great results with it, working out 5 days a week.  I lost a couple pounds, toned up my abs significantly, and also saw a difference in my arms/butt.  Now I just use her workouts as a cross-training thing to break up my running routine, but I really liked it.

You will get good results.  There’s a thread on the bee with updates as others went through the workout.  I did Ripped, but after I’d been working out really regularly, so it just helped me to stay in shape.  (I first did 30 Day Shred to get into shape — that also delivered results.  Ripped is a bit more challenging, minus the week one workout.)  I still do mostly Jillian workouts 5-6 days a week.  They can get you really toned if you stick with them — I used to run cross country in high school, but I look better now.
