I did!  Ordered two loose diamonds to be sent to a store to preview, ended up buying one.  LOVED seeking diamonds on their website!  Don’t know if that’s the sort of experience you were looking for, but it’s my $0.02 Laughing

My FI bought my engagement ring from them online! I love it! He got the best value for his dollar on the diamond (shop frequently and with certainty on your specs, and they’ll put your favorite stones on hold while the video/photograph them for you if you can’t do in-store preview). FYI, if you pay by wire transfer, you save an additional 1.5%.

They’ve got a wedding band I love, but it is way out of budget so we’ll probably shop locally or on Gemvara.

Do they send their loose diamonds to a store for a preview, and can you purchase them for the online price through the store? The jeweler we went through is  a Ritani dealer,  and they offer an upgrade program on their diamonds.  Ritani’s diamond prices are really good!

Celebrating 25 years with an entirely new wedding band and engagement ring. After much searching and researching I thought Ritani had some of the most beautiful settings and lose diamond prices were fair. I also choose a cushion cut in a Halo in French set. I LOVE it. Ordering the matching band. Very happy with their customer service..Silvia is amazing.

@Minmin:

Sorry for the typos…”loose diamond” and “chose”, not “choose”…typos are my pet peeves!
