I ordered from silkandmore.  They are very reasonably priced and she has a ton of fabrics to choose from.  I can’t vouch for the quality since I haven’t received them yet, but her reviews are great.

This doesn’t directly answer your question, but I ordered patches from http://www.etsy.com/shop/BlueOwlBoutique (we were married in Maine, so I got lobster patches with each of our names), and then sewed them onto terrycloth robes that I found for much cheaper than anything I found on Etsy.

I thought about ordering on there, but I found them to be expensive.  I ended up picking up a simple, soft white robe at Walmart for about $15.  Then I went to Michaels and got iron-on letters for $8 🙂

For my shower hostesses, I ordered monogrammed robes from Etsy seller shopmemento.  They were a huge hit!

@wifegoodman:  they look so great!! I think i ordered the same fabrics, but with a few more colors (6 bridesmaids).  I love that she tailors them to each girl’s height so they’re all the right length.
