Hi Bees!

I've been lurking for a while but wasn't sure if I should register until MrC and I get officially engaged (we've talked about over Christmas, yay!). I'm not sure if this is kosher (if it's not I apologize and if the mods would please delete it for me that'd be great; I looked through the terms of service and didn't see anything, but I'm not 100% sure).

Anyway a local photographer who is actually a friend of a friend is having a photoshoot giveaway for a creative idea and she picked mine (rock-climbing trash the dress) for the top 10!. I did a little googlling and there are hardly any of them, though I did find one that turned out so great: http://ericaberger.info/blog/?p=1881 . Plus SO and I love rock climbing. So, if anybody wants to like my idea on facebook here: [link removed for self-promotion] I'd love that (and of course if we win I'll be so excited to show you all of them when they're done. We're the #1 comment on her list near the top of the page. 

Or just peruse Whitney's beautiful pictures (we'll be married in Hawaii so she won't be taking our wedding pictures, but I love to look through them for ideas).

@Candace From BC: That is so cool, I had to google it because I didn't know where Joshua Tree was, but it is so beautiful, what a great place for a wedding! 

I won! I'm really interested to see how it goes down, but I'll be sure to put some pictures up when they're done. She's a great photographer, so even though I'm not really sure what to do I'm sure she'll make it look great.
