We’re having a smallish wedding but there are quite a few children in the family. Within the immediate family, there are:
2 babies under 2 years of age (one boy, one girl)
boy – approximately 7 years old
girl – approximately 9 years old
girl – around 12 years old
2 boys – around 13 years old
They are all nieces/nephews of my FI. I would like to find a way to incorporate all of them into the wedding, although it doesn’t have to be flower girl / ring bearer type roles. I would like them to have a special part in the wedding day.
Any ideas of roles I could give them?

Boys around 13 can be ushers. The 12 year old can be a jr bridesmaid. The 9 yr old girl and can pull a wagon or escort one of the yonger ones as a flower girl and the 7yr old boy can pull a wagon or escort the younger boy as a ring bearer. you can also have one of them carry a sign down the aisle that says “Here comes your bride.” or “Uncle <insert name>, here come your bride…its adorable.

Im having my 13 & 9 year old neices hand out programs at the church & my 10 year old twin neices pass out the bbubbles after the ceremony. Wanted to have them all be a part of the wedding without adding (additional) dress & tux expenses for my brothers & SIL’s. they are all very excited about their “duties”.

@Waitingbee57: I agree with this, except don’t give the babies any role. They won’t remember or know anything about it. Let them just be dressed all cute and be in the photos.
