    You can have your baker cover the cake in white chcolate curls without the cookies.

    I don’t like the look of the cookies dipped in white chocolate, it  looks  “see through” and drippy at the bottom. Can you just use icing to cover them, or do you still want to “see” the cookies?

    @julies1949:  I like the third one you posted! The white cookies looks cleaner, and more covered.

    If you have an asian grocery store near you, try them they may have it in white. Or the very light tan almost white color.

    World Market sells white ones with white chocolate and I’m pretty sure they do a white chocolate raspberry one too.
