Has anyone held their wedding reception or attended a reception at Roma
s Place in Mississauga. How was the food and the service. Are there any hidden costs or restrictions that werent told to you until after you gave your deposit. Also a concern for us is the space. They told us it can fit 350 people (we
re probably having around 330), but it looks quite small. I dont want my guests to feel cramped! Any comments or reviews will be very helpful! Thank you!!!

Sorry I haven’t been there myself, although that’s a pretty industrial area. Have you made an appointment to go in and see it yourself?

Yes I visited them today. It seemed almost too good to be true. The price they quoted is really good for what you get and the venue looks very nice. I tried to google some reviews and only found one that said there were things they wish they had known before handing in the deposit and I wanted to hear what some other people thought of it. Also, I wanted some opinions on the capacity. I
m questioning if it can really fit 350 people comfortably! Ya I would say its an industrial area.

@Ash1eyEve: Maybe ask for referrals? Or try finding some vendors who have worked there and ask for their input?

Anyone have any more updates on this place?
The place is really pretty but yeah, we’re not sure if it’s even big enough for 300 people…
Anyone host a wedding/event here?

I just went to a wedding there this week. The inside was nice, but the outside was in a strip mall near a huge heap of rubble.
The space was pretty. We were in the larger room and there were about 200 people there. It was not cramped at all, and had a decent sized dance floor.
The food was eh. I had the veg meal which was a small pie, which contained some unidentifiable vegies. It didn’t really taste like anything. But the sides of potatos, a steamed veggies were good. Only white rolls as well, which i thought was a little odd. The other meal was the same sides and some grilled chicken. Nothing to write home about.
The staff was ok. Nothing overly good or bad. Service was decently fast. No real gaps or waiting.
Overall, it was enjoyable.
