DGB38:  I think I would keep looking.  Are there any historic places where you are looking?  I just did a quick google search, and saw the Bell Tower, perhaps that would work for you?

DGB38:  I saw that first photo and thought BRENNAN’S!!!!!

I may have missed it, but what time of year are you wanting to get married? It does have an affect on whether it’s more likely to use the courtyard or not.

for max of 43 people, I think that the two original rooms you have are just fine for dinner and dancing. The food is incredible, and the service is fantastic!

PS, since you’ll have under 50 people, and the two rooms adjoin, you’ll be able to have people sitting and watching if they don’t feel like dancing. Would it be possible to have the tables arranged in the dining room such that there is a bit more room around the entrance to the dancing room in case you have overflow?

Late March is usually a wonderful time in Houston. We refer to it as patio season because the non-summer chill is gone, but it’s not super hot yet. Granted, weather is so unpredictable here, so late March is sometimes cold, sometimes warm, but we also have heaters outside and dancing makes its own heat.

Yeah, Houston has 4 seasons, they’re just not the same as other places:

Spring Patio Season

Summer

Fall Patio Season

Not Summer
