I didn’t order from Rosado’s Box while looking for my GF’s engagement ring because I sensed some rudeness from her via Etsy. I asked to see more real life pictures of a specific ring and she said that wasn’t possible due to it not being ordered which I really didn’t understand. I asked for a quote, but she didn’t even tell me about it, she just described the product and said “are you interested” Maybe my questions were misunderstood but I just didn’t get a good vibe.

A couple of other bees have posted about it and here are some threads:

I haven’t ordered my rings from Rosado’s Box yet but I plan on it. I’ve been to their store in Chicago to look at and try on rings and they were so pretty!

I got my wedding band from them and I am super happy with it! Beautiful craftsmanship, came in a timely manner. My husband dealt with the details so I cannot comment on customer service, but I love the product!

I got my wedding band from Rosados Box and have nothing but fabulous things to say! Shirley was fabulous and sent me detailed emails of my rings progress along with wax and laser drawn molds. I had my own stones to make into a ring and the transfer of stones was flawless and non-problematic. My results! I got a half eternity bubble (swoop) band

I contacted them a while back and got a very clear and positive response, but they never replied to my following message. I never sent another one, but I guess they must have missed it.

@FutureDrAtkins:

That’s so pretty!  I love that colour.

My FI and I purchased my engagement ring from Rosado’s Box in December 2013, and I couldn’t be happier!  Shirley was so wonderful dealing with my many, many questions, and made us feel very comfortable making such an important purchase online.  We plan to get custom made wedding rings from her as well.

We purchased the Cassidy ring in platinum with a Chatham emerald, and I just love it.  The stone photographs a bit more blue than it looks IRL; the true colour looks very much like Gemvara’s computer generated emerald.

I refuse to apologize for the size of the following pictures; I don’t know about you, but I LOVE big photos that let me see all the juicy details 🙂

Looks like I’m a little late in posting this, but for what it’s worth my engagement ring is a custom design ring from Rosado’s Box on Etsy. I asked Shirley about the details and costs myself, then sent every little detail of what I wanted to my then BF. I was nervous that it would not be as I expected, but it was perfect, and shipped quickly (thanks to FI for taunting me by telling me when it arrived…). I would recommend them to everyone! 🙂

Also, sorry I don’t have a picture… I still haven’t got the upload system working 🙁
