This is too cute!! My SO isn’t very good at giving me flowers…just on anniversaries…so I’m slightly jealous πŸ˜‰ It’s a very cute way to build your excitement!! Enjoy it while it lasts, the proposal is on its way! πŸ™‚

@annasaf83:  So sweet. My SO doesn’t ‘get’ flowers, even though I’ve explained how much they’d mean to me. I’m THIIISS close to just saying, “Buy me flowers for valentines day. I don’t want anything else.”

But that is really sweet, and my SO is super sweet and I’m just jelly of your flowers.

That is sooo sweet! I’ve never been given flowers (it’s not something really done in my town) so I’m dead jealous! πŸ™‚

your place must smell very… rosy!

haha. how sweet! my guy has only bought me flowers once (and i had to explain to him whjy girls like flowers etc), and it was really bad timing (right before I left town for 4 days), so I didn’t get to enjoy them as much as I would have liked. part of me wants to tell him to get me flowers for v-day, but i don’t think I would like them as much if i had to ask for them.

how exciting that you know he is going to propose! that would be a really awesome feeling of anticipation! it would be so much better than thinking he MIGHT propose, because if you weren’t sure you would be trying not to get your hopes up and you just get to be high on love πŸ˜€

@Cornmuffin09:  My SO is the same way, so I’m with you. We’ve been together 16 months and not once has there been flowers.

He says it’s because he thinks roses are cliche, so I told him kindly that there are endless other flowers – he can pick a different kind all his own and be unique. That was a few months ago. Nothing yet!

@annasaf83:  Like the idea for saving the rose heads. I have kept so many flowers from the past. That may be a nice idea.

Super sweet!  Anticipation is one of the best parts of life, particularly for planning women (which we all seem to be), so enjoy every one of the next 16 days…and then THAT one, for sure!!! πŸ™‚
