Forgot to mention that I also have an informational packet which details the location, date and time for the other events.
oh my! Thats pretty intense but very easy to follow ! I do have a couple concerns... what if someone is bringing a guest but going solo to events other than the reception? AND do you plan on printing '2 seats' on every card or do you plan on changing the number per guest and amount of people invited? Those printing costs could get really high!
I'm actually printing these myself so I do have one that is for 3 people - that is the most we are alotting a family since we aren't having children.
I was wondering the same thing about if one guest can only come to one event, etc. I'll have to try and mock up some options for that.
Thanks for the feedback!
Ooh, that looks great! : ) Maybe put some little pictures of a martini glass, wedding rings, and a piece of toast beside the different options?
You could always go the ___ of 2 will be attending the reception, __ of 2 will be attending the brunch instead of asking IF they would be attending XXX. I do however think the SAT type bubbles are really cute though! So you could make 3 bubbles for 0 guest, 1 guest and 2 guests.
The guest 1 & guest 2 and the SAT bubbles for the menu options will help you avoid the problem we are having, with 2 people coming we just placed a dash next to it and now we will have to call people who ordered two different meals but didn't indicate which for which.... The things you don't realize until you start getting replys!!!
Maybe indent the meal choice box or center it (the way the top line is)? That will make the left side a little less crowded, and it'll help with the logical flow of it, since the meal choice is sort of a sub-question of the 2nd question.

I need to capture a lot of information on my RSVP card since we are hosting several events for our guests over the weekend. I've had difficulties wrapping my head around the best way to collect the information. I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions on better ways to format the text, etc.
