So I was working on my rsvp wording so I could talk to different places about printing prices and look into all of that. However I was wondering if the guest limiting rsvp cards would be insulting to guests….like if it says ____ of _____ guests will be attending. I also read somewhere that you could fil in the second blank so that the family knows how many people were invited, say you invite mr and mrs smith and they have 5 kids but you just want mr and mrs smith to come but they interpret the invitation that their whole family is invited so if you put ___ of 2 guests will be attending they will get the idea. Is that insulting?
Our venue only holds 250 and there are some people that we do not know their whole family, so just the people we are close to we want at the wedding but I dont know how to approach that without coming off rude.
Thanks for any help!!
