Are you going to be filling in the number of seats reserved? Or are the guests supposed to?

The only thing I think people could be confused about is the under 21 part – where are they going to indicate that?

I don’t think it’s confusing, but I also don’t think the under 21 part is necessary.

How will the plate cost less if they are under 21? That seems weird, does that mean anyone under 21 is getting a child’s plate? I think you need to also have something about people initialing their choice because, most places require you to have some sort of way to show who chose what meal, how would you know what meal say 4 people who are attending chose individually. Unless you just need to know numbers and don’t need to know exactly who chose what.

I like it… and I think it works.

Mind you… all of us commenting here are on WBee… so we know how this stuff works, and WHY there is a need for such info

I would suggest that you run it by a few people who don’t have “Wedding Brain”… of various ages

Maybe someone in their early 20s (not wedding savvy), a middle age man (generally indifferent to weddings… goes because he has to / wife insists), and your Great Aunt Zelda (too old to remember when she was married some 60+ years ago)

Hope this helps,

or is the under 21 thing, just so you know about numbers for alcohol?

@alleycat1984:  Re – The Under 21 thing.

I am guessing it is because there are courses of the meal paired with wine.

If you are under 21, then you wouldn’t be served the accompanying wine (and therefore it would effect the numbers for catering)
