I just realised I forgot to include the meal selection as part of my reply cards of my invitations...actually I didnt see where there was room...was I supposed to include it on the very formal RSVP? If so I will try to change it, if not--what do I do now? I have 5 menu choices so its reasonably involved...
Depends on your venue I think. Ours is taking orders at the table that evening when guests are first seated. Ask your banquet manager or wedding coordinator.
You should definitly ask your contact at the venue where your reception is being held.
We have 5 meal choices and have to give the venue the numbers for each meal 72-hours in advance. Also, each of our guests has to have a card indicating their meal choice at the wedding.
You should definitly check to be sure what the arrangement is at your venue!
