Or something like that. From your guest list, you should be able to determine who is 11-20 and be able to let your caterer know. Your guests only need to know there is a chicken or beef and a children's choice.

We're having a plated dinner, but the prices vary depending on the age of the guest. We're having a chicken and a beef choice and a children's meal (chicken tenders and fries). The children's meal is for guests under 10 then there's a "teen meal" which is the exact same as the adult meal, just $20 cheaper to account for the open bar. How can we list these choices on a RSVP card?
