So I just got proofs for my wedding invitations.  However, the title of the RSVP says "Please Respond Soon".  I don't know about anyone else but I'm not thrilled with that as the title.  The cards already say please respond by at the bottom.  What can we put to change the title at the top?

What if it just said "Response"?

What about just "RSVP" at the top?

Or "Will you be Celebrating with us?"

    Or "Reply Card"...

    I agree...I don't like the "please respond soon" verbage...that's a hard one!

Mine says "Please Reply" at the top. Could I get any less creative?! I would have done RSVP, but I didn't like the way my font was in all caps. Am I seeing something different though? The link you provided says "Reply Soon Please" but I like that even less. Haha. I do like karieck05's idea about celebrating. A little bit more of a hint for people who may not know to RSVP, which seems to be a problem!

I think a simple RSVP would look fine! Great RSVP card! Did you see that WB giveaway awhile ago for cherry blossom parasols from ideal favors? They seem to have a ton of items featuring that theme. I have ordered a few items from them and the items have been great and the service prompt.

How about "We look forward to hearing from you"?

    nikkolec + soontobeathurnher,

We wrote it out as well (repondez etc...) Underneath that, we have "The favour of a reply is requested by...."

    Ours say:

    Kindly respond...
    by June 21, 2008

The first line is a script font, the date a text font.  The card proceeds from there to provide the various boxes that need to be checked and lines that need to be completed.

Love the cherry blossom design, and the pink & brown color scheme!

You can change the title to just "Celebrate!".

Then on the bottom, since you are trying to avoid using the same word twice, change it to "We look forward to sharing our day with you.  Please respond by..."

**One quick note, whatever you decide, I'd add a period to the end of both sentences at the bottom.  Even though the two are on separate lines, it would look better and follow proper grammar to add the correct punctuation. RSVP Title : wedding rsvp advice invitation Icon Biggrin

I'd put the "Please respond by Oct 15" in the pink box, and remove it from the bottom. I don't like the two lines at the bottom, and it's a little redundant how it is now. I also agree with SoCalBeachGirl -- I would add the punctuation.
