    ____ Beef Tenderloin

    ____ Vegetarian Lasagna

    ____ Children’s Mac & Cheese

    RSVP Wording #2:

Please reply by May 30, 2010

    Number Attending ___

Please write the name of each guest next to his or her entrée of choice:

    M____________________ Parmesan Crusted Chicken

    M____________________ Beef Tenderloin

    M____________________ Vegetarian Lasagna

    M____________________ Children’s Mac & Cheese

    M____________________ Respectfully decline

Our venue requires us to know what each person will be eating.  (In other words, I can't say Jack and Jill want 1 chicken and 1 beef, I have to say Jack wants beef and Jill wants chicken.)  We're trying to find the best way to word this on the RSVP with as few mistakes as possible.

So, if you were a guest, which one would be easier to figure out?  Or another suggestion?  Any and all suggestions are VERY welcome!  Thanks!

I think I like the first one better, it's less work for the guest, BUT.. if someone has the same initials that would be a problem.

I like number two.  Straight to the point and no room for confusion :)

I think the first one is definitely a more succinct, and therefore better set up.  But, I think you may have to be more direct in your "directions"  Most people will not bother reading, and will just place check marks, which could cause a huge headache for you.  (In a hurry, that's what I would do).  So perhaps "initial" in bold or set it up differently.
