im so sad!! i sent 45 invitations and my first 4 rsvp came "decline with regret" what i love is that all of them wrote a little note on the card saying how sad they are that they cant come. i do understand that my wedding will be in Puerto Rico and not everybody can afford it but still is sad. :(
We are having around the same # of invitations/people. I sent them out about a week ago and we have gotten 5 back so far.
Not too shabby at all!
I sent out 56 invitations to 120 people. So far I've received 17 back with 28 accepts and 5 declines.
So fun to check the mailbox every day!
@magenta- it's kinda a bummer but I'm sure people are taking time to make plans since it is a DW. Plus you are getting married in PUERTO RICO! We wanted a DW but FMIL was against it :(
Mine are coming back faster (I think) because most are online RSVP's with a program FH made - there are a few mail ones out there, but none of those have come back yet.
i have received 5 RSVPS back (1 of those informally declining via email... :( so sad, i really wanted her there!!! :( )
anywho, I get REAL excited to check the mail every day now!!! :)
We're sending ours out TOMORROW!!!!!! I'm so excited :] Can't wait to start getting responses!!!
Just mailed mine out yesterday... so none yet. We sent out 80 invitations to 138 guests. Will be interesting to see the response rate!
So exciting ladies! Coming up before we know it!
I'm getting bummed most people won't be able to attend - I had no idea! We may not even get half...
I'm july 11 and I've not sent anything yet:) how do you all feel that they are coming back? does it feel more real now ?? tell me tell me..:)
I've actually gotten almost half back already, I'm realizing. Had 35 invites (78 people total), and I think I've gotten 17 rsvps back already. Only 2 couples declined so far, and a couple of people that we invited with 'guest' are coming solo, which is fine with us. I love checking the mail! (but I get bummed on the days there aren't any little envelopes for me...) :(
I know what you are feeling. I get bummed when I don't get mail.. I think I will do mine May 28 weekend.. I don't have any out of town guests so we are sending on the 6 week mark..
Well, today we are at 18 out of 54,
Out of the people those represent we are at:
34 attending
3 adults declined
2 kids being left as home
I love getting RSVP cards in the mail! We mailed our invitations 2 weeks ago and we got our first batch of RSVPs 2 days after we mailed our invitations. Every day since we've received several RSVP cards. Its so exciting!!
I don't have the stats (FI enters the responses in the spreadsheet), but we haven't been suprised by any Nos, and we've received mostly yeses!
that's so exciting - receiving RSVPs has definitely one of the best parts of planning!
I mailed my invites on Thursday and got 5 RSVP cards back today - and they all accepted (13 people!). I was kind of expecting the one couple to decline (they are family so I invited them, but I don't really remember who they are...). We invited 140 and are hoping for around 110 or so (some of the people we invited we knew for sure wouldn't come - a few people from school who are traveling out of the country this summer, distant relatives who live out of state, etc). This is finally getting exciting!
Sent ours out three weeks ago Friday, with 15 replies and 8 declines for a total of 16 people. It makes me really sad
ooh, we are getting lots too - most of the invites went out last Tuesday, and we have had 12 rsvps, 23 people - most of these have been through our website though, not cards, but that's ok it's quite exciting to get emails popping up saying someone has rsvp'd.
I popped the last invites in the post today too.
only 2 couples have said they can't come so far, and I know heaps more have booked their accommodation than have rsvp'd yet so think we are heading for 80 - 100 of 116.
We sent ours out last Wednesday, 79 invitations for a total of 188 guests. Of the 6 replies so far, it's 5 accepts (1 accepting for more people than were actually invited...) and 1 decline. I know of several declines still to come...our guess is we'll end up with about 150 guests. We're at 14 right now :)
It has been really exciting checking my mail everyday. I look forward to it.*^_^*

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I just sent out my invitations 2 weeks ago, and already the RSVP's are coming in. It is actually really exciting (kind of makes it more real to know that people are going to be there!)
We sent out 54 invitations to 122 people
So far we have had responses from 15 invitations:
31 people attending
2 people declining
Not too shabby I think, I know another 2 people will decline, and one set of parents are leaving kiddies at home, but they haven't officially RSVP'd yet.
July Brides, how are your RSVP's coming in?
