Wow!! That is very rude! I thought this would be a post about added guests, which is bad in itself, but MAN, this takes the cake! I would be so annoyed too.

That’s only funny because you’re an editor (so am I). I’d be really annoyed too but only because of the nature of our job. It was totally stupid of that person to have done that in the first place, though. It’s your RSVP, not a grammar quiz. Jeez.

Yikes a rama! I’m pretty meticulous about grammar too.  I totally understand someone picking up on that, but to actually cross it out and send it back.  It’s a wedding invite for goodness sakes.

eww, why would she do that?  Is she usually a catty person?

That is rude, its so not necessary.  I’d be so annoyed.  This is an rsvp card, not a rough draft needing corrections.  Jeez!

I don’t see why your original wording was “wrong”.  Maybe “accepts” would have made more sense but it’s not necessarily the only option out there.

That is totally weird to go and change your wording.  You didn’t ask for a critique.

Um…WHAT?!  That is so unbelievably rude!!  I would be burning up if I were you!  What would possess someone to do that?  It accomplishes nothing, serves no purpose, and ONLY upsets you.  WHAT’S THE POINT??  Not okay!  I’m so sorry!  Don’t you even worry about it, there is NOTHING wrong with your RSVP card just the way it is!

That’s so odd!  I don’t think yours was “wrong” or her’s was any better, and even if there was some huge error, they’ve clearly already been sent and there’s nothing you can do to change it now, so what’s the point of making a big deal of it?

On the plus side, I thought this would be about someone crossing out “_2_ seats have been reserved in your honor” and writting in “7” or something, so at least it’s not that!
