What is your overall theme or feeling?

OMG! Seriously? I've seen the Moulin Rouge...and I have a pic if you want a copy. It looks fairly nice, except it's got a date stamp in the bottom corner. I may be able to get rid of it if you decide you want a copy.

Anyway, to the topic at hand! I'd go with the taffeta if you're trying to match the dress from the movie, but I personally would pick the satin, because I just like it.

I would maybe order a sample of each, if I were you, to decide which ones you like best before placing your larger order.  It's only $10 "wasted" for the extra ones, and you can always use the extras another way (on guest book table, gift table, etc.) 

I ordered from (I think) the same company, and the polyester ones didn't look great in person.  With the organza ones, the black is going to change color obviously because the runners are sheer- so if you want a dramatic contrast with the black, I would steer clear of the organza.  The satin look fine, I would just be worried about them looking wrinkly, as satin isn't very forgiving with creases.  I ended up ordering the taffeta crinkle ones, and they looked great on the tables.
