ive just started running again after a long period away, and im wanting to know this too! at them moment im just taking my ipod so i have songs that range from old school pub rock, a bit of hip hop, and some others... yesterday meatloaf came on and i ran to that.. it makes me laugh so anything that keeps me preoccupied and not thinking about my burning legs is good...
Always run to Maroon 5! My personal taste though and I know many won't get it lol.
Have you seen these?

My running playlist is Kesha, Gaga and Katy Perry. Those are all artists I wouldn't normally listen to, but they're great to run to.
I love to google "celeb playlist" and then purchase the list on itunes! Also I really enjoy using audio workouts from iTrain.com
I have Run DMC, Beastie Boys, Kesha, Linkin Park and The Muse. I need something with a beat them something hard at the end to push me through.
I run to Pretty Lights and 2-hour non-stop podcasts from Tiesto, Armin van Buuren and Ferry Corsten. I'm a big electro fan and don't care to run to songs I'm familiar with since it just makes me focus on how much time is left. I also like the constant stream of these artists; there's no breaks between songs. Win!
I have a mix of Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry, Kesha, Eminem, Rihanna, Rocky soundtrack, The Fighter soundtrack and other upbeat songs that I don't normally listen to. And then I also have tons of faster paced country music because country is my absolute favorite so that includes, Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley.
Jimmy Eat World, Korn (coming undone is great for tough hills, etc), anything by Travis Barker - his soulja boy and I wanna rock remixes are good, eminem (no love, Ridaz), Jason Aldean, 3oh3, Rise Against, Young Geezy, My Chemical Romance, and of course "Let's Go" by Trick Daddy.
I usually listen to country but when I run I like my old high school emo pop, angry music and hip hop ;)
My mother listens to the rocky soundtrack every time she runs, it's hilarious
@Moja Milosc - I would get along with your mom! My running sound track includes songs from Rocky, Karate Kid, and basically any awesome 80's montage songs - Final Countdown, I Ran, etc!
Just a few from my wacky playlist....
"The Show Goes On" - Lupe Fiasco
"Memory" - Sugarcult
"Power" - Kanye West
"Not Falling Apart" - Maroon 5 DJ Tiesto remix
"Heads Will Roll" Yeah Yeah Yeahs
"Le Disko" - Shiny Toy Guns
"Supermassive Black Hole" - Muse
"Help I'm Alive" - Metric
"Starstruck" - Lady GaGa
"The Chemicals Between Us" - Bush
"The Sweetness" - Jimmy Eat World
I use Pandora on my phone! They have various workout radio stations on there.. such as pop and hip hop cardio workout, yoga workout, alternative endurance workout... and I use those! I often go with pop and hip-hop type songs because of the beat! It keeps me going :)
I love going onto run.fm to find songs that have the same bpm that correlate with how fast I'm running. I have a whole playlist dedicated to a 10-minute mile pace. Yes, I know it's slow...
I'm working on it.

This song needs to be part of any workout routine!

What is the soundtrack you other running bees out there use? I'm looking for music that's at that just right pace. Am open to anything.
