What about giving him a dress up crown and when he's like uh thanks honey? Just be like well I thought you would need it for this and give him the confirmation for the weekend experience. Sounds like its going to be a great weekend tho- very thoughtful!
Oh, I would just make up my own "certificate" myself and put it in a card. Boring, I know. But, the day of the wedding, do you really want to be fussing with props and such?
Also, are you going to give it to him in person? In my experience, the day-of gifts are usually passed thru someone in the bridal party (or the DOC), so you guys don't see each other before the ceremony (or first looks).
Maybe purchse a replica race car with a card to follow explaining?
I was on the same mind track as sapphire - buy him a mini nascar toy and give it to him with a note explaining the package!

We exchanged our gifts the night of the wedding once we were alone in our hotel room. (Just a thought).
What if you bought a mini nascar toy. You know the kind little kids play with. Or you could get a fancy remote controlled one. Present that to him with a certificate saying he gets to go drive cars.

This takes a little bit more work. But if you are having a picture montage at your rehearsal it will be easier.
Do a power point slide to be projected up on the wall. It could start with a few words from you saying it's his gift and how much you love him. then a picture of him..followed by some pictures of nascars...followed by a pic of him next to a nascar and then last slide can say surprise you get to be a nascar driver for a day or something like that.

Wow! You guys really are creative! Thanks for the ideas! I'm going to play around with these ideas ~ I see a theme though :) The website has shirts you can purchase ~ I was thinking of maybe getting one of those (over nighted of course) and then making up a certificate that breaks everything down (the driving experience, the tickets to the NASCAR hall of fame, and the hotel reservations) and putting it under the shirt... but it seems boring... hmmm...
Charm bracelet ~ I LOVE your power point idea! We weren't doing a photo thing ~ but now I want to do that so that I can slip those NASCAR slides it! Hmmm....can I balance everything and make a slide show in 6 days?
Ms. Moxiemonkey ~ we are exchanging gifts at our rehearsal dinner. Originally I was going to have my MOH present it to him before the ceremony with the photographer close by ~ I want to see his reaction in person :) I can't wait to give it to him!

I would get him a little matchbox car and wrap it up nice with the confirmation under the car. He will see the car and wonder why, and then he will see the confirmation and be over the top.

Here's my dilemma...
Let me start by saying that my wedding is THIS WEEKEND! August 14th!!!
As my wedding present to my fiance ~ I bought him the "kings driving experience" at the richard petty driving school. He'll get to drive a Nascar-style car around the real Nascar track at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. He's going to be in heaven. Me? Ehh.. I know NOTHING of Nascar nor would I like to learn...
So I purchased him this whole package ~ plus booked us 2 nights in the Crowne Royal Hotel... They were supposed to mail me a presentation gift to give him at our rehearsal dinner (THIS FRIDAY!!) and never did...I've been playing phone tag for weeks and have run out of time so now I need to come up with something to give him.
I need to pick your crafty little brains ~ what can I do/make to present this once in a lifetime gift to the man of my dreams?! I have the generic confirmation info ~ but that's so boring! I need to spice it up!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!
