Maybe go to a Sports Store and see what they recommend? They might be able to recommend something specific for your type of foot??
Thanks :) I know you're right; I was just hoping for a "magic pill" to save me a trip to the store.
I bought custom molds ones from Road Runner, a specialty running store. They heat them up on this oven ing and spend about 10 minutes molding them to your foot. They cost like $80 though
I'm a medical student and all the docs I work with recommend Superfeet insoles.
My husband has flat feet and uses superfeet, he says they are comparable to the orthotics he used to have made for $300!

Do any runner bees have suggestions in regards to good running shoe insoles? The cheapo insoles that came in my shoes (Brooks Adrenaline) are beat!
