@mhart0910: There's this place called Pine Lake Ranch that is opening in Jan. They dont have pictures but Im sure you could email them and get pics the website though says it has a renovated 5000 square foot, rustic texas decor barn nested in front of a lush, green meadow. I am looking for a venue in the conroe area also. Im going to email them for pic. Also dont know if you have looked at chantilly country its in willis but I went and looked and the place it has a county feel. Not really rustic country but still country.
Have you tried Heather's Glen? I am not sure if it is exactly what you are looking for but to me it gives off a rustic texasl ook.
I went and checked out heathers glen also. I really liked the chapel but other than that it grounds are really small and didnt want my reception to be cluttered. Its located in downtown conroe and the parking would be across the street.
@casjojo: I am looking for a Rustic barn in the Conroe area and wanted to know what did you ever decide on? I have found a few places but still my heart is set on a fall wedding outside and reception in a barn. Any help would be great. Thanks

I am in need of a rustic barn style venue in the conroe texas area.. Does anyone know of such a place. Would be willing to clean out a barn if needed.. i have a friend on a super tight budget and i am trying to help make her wedding day special for her. I have lots of great ideas but just need a venue.
