Hugs Lady! I am so sorry for your news. I recently lost my best friend a month ago, she was my BM to stand in my wedding thats in a month. One thing i can advise, is cry as much as you need. Talk about him as much as you can. These are things that help me. Always remember. Im so sorry to hear your news. x0x0x

SweetBeets:  Sorry to hear 🙁 We recently lost a co worker in our office as well. Cancer 🙁 It was pretty shocking since she had just been diagnosed in December.

Hugs, love, sympathy. Get lots of affection from whoever can give you some loving and give yourself a chance to grieve and reel. Its a hard, sad time and the best thing you can do is feel all of your emotions as they roll over you. So sorry, sweetie.

SweetBeets:

Heart attacks can happen so suddenly. Hang in there, sista-friend. HUGS!

Share your grief — it will help. I’ve come along ways from grieving over losing my father to heart attack nearly 6 months ago; my family and I were touched when my dad’s ex-colleagues & bosses/directors came to his funeral. Celebrate your coworker’s life by being there for his family. It will mean a lot to his family that he’s well-loved by friends at work.
