nope - sorry girl. Check out ebay, preownedweddingdress.com, the classifieds. if not, keep looking! there are so many nice ones out there :)
Call J. Crew. Your wedding is far enough away you can probably find out if they might be making them again and get them in the spring or something. J. Crew makes their "classics" every year.
I agree, I wouldnt order a dress knowing it had to be altered several sizes. That seems like a huge pain and may be costly. Youll find something else!
Keep looking. It may be impossible or expensive to alter those dresses, especially down to a size 4.
@hotchildinthecity Thanks for that idea. I figured they were this year only but I'll have to give them a call.
Does anyone know of a similar dress? My MOH is loving the simplicity and told me out right that if we got a dress like that she would definitely wear it again
Definitely go the buy a pattern and fabric and get them made route.
Going more than a couple sizes means that the entire dress will probably have to be reconstructed anyway so all you're really buying is the fabric in the first place.
Yeah I wouldn't order them knowing they had to be altered that much, either. You will definitely find something else you like just as much, if not more so. And if you don't, your wedding is far enough away that I'm sure JCrew will have something in a similar color soon.
Yeah, call them! JCrew may have more floating around, just not on their website. They might have them IN STORE somewhere!!!
Go take a look at the JCrew 2010 Spring lookbook! They have that dress coming up in Silk Taffeta and some really pretty blue colors.

It's number 18; it might not be exactly the same dress but it looks super similar!
I called and they told me that what is online is what they have. But they'll know about the dress sometime next month if they are getting it in again and in what colors. *crossing my fingers*
@Miss Root Thank you so much. That is the dress just a different fabric

I found the J. Crew Lorelei and loved the dark blue color. So I ordered one for myself and fell in love. Slight problem being that the only sizes they have left in that particular color are size 14. My girls are a 4, 8, and 10. So should I order the dresses and pay to have them altered or buy the fabric, find a pattern and get them made?
