AimanMani:  That must have been horrible! I know I get freaked out when something little gets “lost” in the mail, I can only imagine your predicament! Hopefully your new ring will be everything you want it to be!

I hope you complain! Just write a complaint that their employee made you feel unwelcome, was not friendly and messed up sending you parcel ASAP and thus caused you a lot of unnecessary stress.

AimanMani:  Ugh! So sorry you had to deal with a rude (and possibly deceitful) person. This is the reason why if I have anything remotely valuable that I need to send, I make sure I box it up and seal it in my own home so that no one sees what’s in there and gets tempted.

AimanMani: your experience is horrible but if you read BN’s website about shipping, it could have been prevented. They tell you not to pack the ring in public because it could easily be stolen or “lost” since other people know what’s in the box. 

Thank goodness BN is giving good service!
