I’ve been trying to access Saeyoung Vu’s website for the last two weeks and I was just curious to see if anyone else has been having problems accessing the vucouture.com website besides me and if so, does anyone know what happened to it?

they went out of business. i had a friend who was supposed to be in a wedding with bm dresses from there for a november 2007 wedding and had to get another dress.

i ordered a dress from there back in july for a wedding i am attending at the end of this month to wear it and i haven’t received it. all their numbers are disconnected and no one is responding to my email.. does anyone know what i’m supposed to do? i already paid for this back in July….

Hopefully you paid by credit card, if you do not recieve your merchandise, the credit card company should fully refund your money. I googled saeyoung vu and lots of girls out there are having the same problems. Looks like they up and ran…good luck 🙁 I would look into getting a new BM dress ASAP.

Back over the summer, I had went to Saeyoung Vu’s store on Spring St in Soho, NYC and my MOH had tried on a bunch of dresses and we came away very impressed with a number of swatches, but we did not put any money down. They appeared professional and store was well maintained like any other Soho boutique.
One week later, I called to ask for more information and the phone line was down. That weekend I went back to the store, but the entire store was cleared out and there was a "For Rent" sign in the window.
Apparently they were still taking orders up until they last minute even when they knew they would be closing down.

I bought my dress in March and shortly after, they went out of business. They still finished production on the outstanding orders, or so they said. I received my dress in July, on time. I emailed back and forth about ordering a sash, so maybe this email address will help: [email protected]. Good luck!
