What about making a salad or steaming some green veggies and then a box of the below, heeheehee MMMMMMMMM I love me some Near East couscous....

potatoe wedges (toss with a ton of spices and some butter, bake at 400 for 40 minutes or so--they get crispy and good!) and steamed broccoli =]
Thanks ladies - great ideas for me to take with me for the next cooking adventure (especially those potato wedges!). I ended up with mashed red potatos and sweet corn (I can't wait until it's sweet corn season again!).

So, FH has a leftover salmon steak that we need to cook tonight. I'll probably make myself a chicken breast. What would be a delicious side to add? We have some curly fries that sound delicious (but taboo!), or broccoli, baby red potatoes, rice and noodle sides. Any thoughts?
(I'm obviously not the cook in the family, but thought I'd give it a go tonight, since I'm getting home first for once)
