This is my second second cycle charting, and I’m pretty sure I’m doing it right now – same thermometer, at the same time even on weekends, etc. I am thankful that this chart shows a clear temp shift — this means I definitely, actually, for reals ovulated, right? And estrogen is responsible for CM prior to O, which I had, and then progesterone is responsible for the rising temps after (and my extraordinarily sore/sensitive nipples for 1-5dpo)? Someone please correct my science if I’m off anywhere in there. The one giant temp spike can be discounted because I went to the bathroom at 3am that night, and temped after, but FF says not to discard temps, and even without it there’s still a temp shift.
Now the main question: past three days, I have the same exact BBT. What gives? What causes this and/or what does it mean, if anything? Chart link is below. I am not on any medications, and will be happy to answer any other questions about contingencies affecting this. Any and all help is appreciated!
