I also used Spice of Life catering and was really happy with them.  My photographer was Caitlin’s Creations.  You can see some of my wedding photos on her blog here:

@jackie_t4701:  I am not too familiar with the San Antonio area, but my wedding DOC (day of coordinator) is familiar with budget friendly vendors between Georgetown and San Antonio. I would advise that if you think you just need a photographer, caterer, DJ and florist, you should really look into researching DOC’s in your area as well.

Christina Alfonso of Ventana Design and Events, who is my DOC travels to San Antonio, and I believe is working on a wedding there now. She is designing my entire Old Hollywood Glamour wedding with her own decor and inventory, and charged me a few dollars per item to rent each piece for my wedding. It’s definitely a smarter way to work, considering I don’t have to buy a thing and end up saving a ton of cash in the end for my honeymoon.

To really meet your budget requirements you should find someone to negotiate the best deal possible for your wedding, I would consider calling her if you can dish out a little extra in the beginning to save you a lot in the end. Her rates are extremely affordable and she is a sweetheart who is very honest and dedicated to her work. Not to mention a DOC can change the entire setting and coordinate your wedding day’s schedule, as she will assure you are being well taken care of. PM me for info if you are interested.
